Ratan Tata one of the most special personalities ever a world can have. A great human being for doing great things to the mankind. His love towards humans and dogs is priceless. Ratan Tata has become the face of Tata for doing the goods. He built the greatest trust on Tata in Indians. Any Tata produced product purchased by Indians blindly that the trust which he had built over India. He done charities which cannot be done by any of the billionaires around the world. If the charities he has done were invested in any of the company, he would be the world’s richest person. But his name never comes in Indian richest list also. He has dedication towards the change of the world and poverty. He always says that he happily donates his whole money for India.
Ratan Tata’s Humanity:
You globe show me a 5-star premium hotel which is ready to give shelter to a stary dog and employees of hotel feeding them. But this happens in Mumbai Taj hotel the India’s first 5-star hotel by Tata. As per Ratan Tata’s order any stray dog can freely enter the hotel premises and sleep anywhere. And employees insisted to feed them. This will be the greatest ever thing a businessman can do.
King hearted story:
Prince of UK price Charles-3 organized an awards ceremony for the great Ratan Tata. The king wanted to present a lifetime achievement award. It was the most prestigious award a person can get from the UK government. He called one of the Tata employees who present over there in the ceremony and told him that he wont able to attend the ceremony and say this message to prince. Out of curiosity he asked the reason for his absence, Ratan Tata stated that one of his dogs as fallen terribly ill. So, he wanted to stay with his dog until it feels good.
Just think if Tata wanted to treat his dog without his presence whole hospital runs for his dog. He can bring any doctor from the corner of the world to treat the dog. But no one can give the love to the dog as Ratan Tata owner of the dog can give. And also, he may not be well if he leaves his dog like that.
Price Charles-3 has got to know the reason for his absence. He simply said this is the reason he is eligible for this award. This shows Ratan Tata’s humanity. And all these statements were not said by Tata but a person who Ratan Tata called disclosed in an TV interview.
Tata’s master stroke:
Indica was the first India’s full indigenous car. Which means the whole car manufactured in India without any foreign collab. The car was great but initially they haven’t seen much success in selling the cars. So, Tata’s decided to sell cars to ford. For the meeting of selling Indica to ford Tata went to America. But there in the meeting of selling Indica to ford, the owner of the ford has made some awful comments on India. Such as Indians are not fit to make cars, they must be restricted to some of the companies. These things hurt Ratan tata, and he haven’t signed the deal to sell the car. He returns back to India.
Slowly Tata Indica has become the most selling vehicle in India. At first sales were a bit low but days passed it achieved the highest sales. So, Tata was able to survive in the car manufacturing market.
In the year 2008 ford as seen huge losses in their manufacturing industry of cars. Ford was in great debt that they have to sell some of their car’s manufacturing. It was Ratan Tata’s time, he bought jaguar and Land Rover from ford. Tata motors now officially own jaguar and land rover which includes Range rover too. This is huge revenge taken by Ratan Tata behalf of India.
Range rover extreme marketing:
In the UK most people are addicted to sedan cars and not interested in SUV’s. This made no sales of Range Rover in UK. Then here comes the Tata motors with unique idea. They have installed a huge speed breaker in the middle of the busy street. Most of the people have sedan which was impossible to cross that speed breaker. There here comes the king Range Rover. For this car it’s a piece of cake to pass the speed breaker. This was a successful marketing campaign in the UK which increased the sales.
Not only this range rover was made to up the climb the most inclined steps and a reservoir too. This shows the Range Rover capacity.
Tata’s mistake:
Ratan Tata was always the people businessman. One day when he was struck in the traffic, he saw a middle-class family traveling on a motor bike with 4 members or 3. Even in the rain they also have no choice other than bike. By seeing this Ratan Tata got inspired a decided to make an affordable car for the middle-class people. Here comes the smallest car and budget car Tata Nano.
This car is definitely not a bad car. It was a good one. Even now the MG has launched same model car with only 2 doors. MG comet is way more than Nano, but their sales are good. Everything depends on marketing. Tata Nano marketed as the cheapest car and affordable car. Which made an impact on people like owning Nano makes our status low and cheap. People thought owning nanos would make them cheap people like stuff.
If Nano wasn’t marketed anything just launching it silently without any tagline, maybe we could see some lakhs of cars and lakhs of happy families around India.
Ratan Tata’s best friend:
I think most of the people seen the Ratan Tata recent pics where a boy will be always with him at any place. Even at the funeral ceremony he was the highlight. He was not an employee; he is the best friend on Ratan Tata from past few years. His name is Shantanu Naidu.
Shantanu Naidu was an engineering graduate and joined in Tata Elxsi where the designing of cars is made. But Shantanu was very much found of dogs. One day he had seen some dogs were dead in the night times. Which provoked him to the idea of tying a radium strip which reflects to light. Where the vehicles can be cautious while driving.
In this business startup he was lacking funds. But never stopped his work. Shantanu’s father suggested him to write a letter to Ratan Tata because he also loves dogs. Shantanu took it seriously and wrote a letter to Ratan Tata explain the things.
Fortunately, Tata read that letter a meet him for funding him. From this point they have become good friends. As they talk frequently and meet. Shantanu went for his MBA degree to abroad. It was the same university where Ratan Tata also studied. One day during their phone call Shantanu said that he has graduation day. Ratan tata on that particular day flew to the university and watched his graduation. And also offered him a job as personal caretaker for Ratan tata. He was not only caretaker he was a good friend to him.
Tata never mentioned him as a caretaker, he always introduces him as a friend. Ratan Tata also feels that if he had a son he would be like Shantanu. This was an amazing bond between two different generations of people.

Ratan Tata has a great love story back in student days. His lover was an American, their parents were positive. But due to some situation Ratan Tata needed to comeback to India. But the girl’s parents not interested to send he to India. Because that was the day of worldwar-2. So, they have afraid of sending her to India. So, Ratan Tata remained unmarried and single.
