About the research on Aliens:
Indian originated professor Niku madhusudhan from university of Cambridge his team on the space research has found a groundbreaking discovery about the existence of aliens. They are claiming that 124 light years aways there is a planet named K12 which is like the earth and existence of biological activities. The planet is in our milky way galaxy and the planet also revolve around a star which is like the sun. But their sun is small and not heat as ours, but the planet is bigger than us.
How research is done:
I think many people after reading the previous lines may have doubt about how they could say without seeing or visiting the planet. But they have seen the planet from telescope. Its not just an ordinary telescope, James’s web telescope which is in space places by humans. This telescope is used to research the planets outside out earth.
As it is some 124 light years away what researchers have seen now is a 1990’s time in their planet. Yes, you have heard it right, we see their past because of the time gap and light years difference.
What is light year:
Light year is calculation for calculating the space time and distance. A light travel at 3 lakh KM/hr speed. Yes, light travels so speed, that why we get thunder visuals first and then the sound of it because light is visible first and sound travels late. Now this planet is 124 light years away, which is some 729 trillion miles.
Always a space distance and travel time is calculated in light years rather than the normal time. As an enthusiast I have searched for how we could get into the planet, which means our aircraft are able to reach it.
But the answer is no, because a modern rocket of NASA takes 4.5 million years to reach them. It is not possible to travel now but in future may be.
About the planet’s nature:
As they have first seen the planet and come to conclusion that it is a water-filled planet and life exists in water. And they were able to observe the water is hotter than usual earth oceans.
As I have mentioned they have a sun where the planet revolves around it, but the sun size is smaller, and the planet size is larger. It takes 33 days in approx. to complete a rotation. Which means their year is 33days length. The sun is colder than ours when compared. All these findings are done based on the gases released and conditions which they have found over there.
And the most interesting and fantasy part is that the sky pink color in the morning, during nights it will be purple with pink. This looks like a fantasy movie on aliens and space, but it is true.
How concluded the evidence of biological life:
While watching the planet closely with telescope these researchers came across two gases which are di-methyl sulphide and di-methyl-di-sulphide. These two gases are more important to find biological existence.
Only when there is biological existence do these gases omit into the atmosphere. Marine life releases these gases, as the planet is covered full of water and gases are present. Which means marine life exists over there which is like us.
And there is Co2 in the planet’s atmosphere. These made the conclusion of existence of any living creature. These gases are called bio signatures which means signatures of nature’s existence.
As we have fingerprints and signatures nature also has some fingerprints which are these gases. But the researchers are saying we are in first steps to find this we need to have more confirmation about the biological activity over there. And we need to be safer when we do that.
What’s next about aliens:
I think people like Elon Musk will not stop here. Even if we found out that existence or not, he would try to build a robust spaceship which can travel over the planet. And he unites all and raises the funds to do the things so far.
If we get confirmation about the biological activity all countries will be combined and interested to work with on this project and seeing some progress.
But there are fears before the hopes and happiness of life existence. Because we do not do anything about them, they could be more advanced than us, they could dump and we do not their language and things to communicate.
